Dr. Chu has more than 20 years of rich experience in the display panel industry. He served as the managing director of Everdisplay Optronics from 2012 to 2016, led the team to light up China's first self-developed AMOLED panel, breaking the technology monopoly of Japan and South Korea. In 2016, he started up business again to found INT Tech, and created the Ultra High Pixel Density (UHPD) AMOLED display technology and related industry chain with the knowledge economy model. In 2020, he serves as the executive director of Taizhou Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. He is willing to cooperate with partners in the industry chain to meet the general trend and achieve a win-win result.
Education:
· In 1982, he graduated from the Department of Physics, National Central University, Taiwan
· In 1987, he obtained his master's degree in electronic engineering from Drexel University, Pennsylvania, USA

· In 1987, he served in DuPont in the United States as the corporate project marketing manager at DuPont headquarters

· In 1996, he was assigned as DuPont regional product manager to Singapore
· In 1999, he led the NB/MNT Business Group at AUO Optronics, assisted AUO Optronics in its successful IPO on the NYSE, and successfully achieved the mass production of a-Si in Taiwan
· In 2004, he served as the general manager of Topoly Optronics, leading the company to turn from loss to profit, guiding the small and medium-sized market in Taiwan to successfully realize the mass production of LTPS and purchase the AMOLED evaporation line
· In 2006, he was appointed as the President of DuPont Apollo Ltd., to create the production and global marketing business of thin-film solar cell component in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for DuPont.
· In 2012, he served as the managing director of Everdisplay Optronics, led the team to realize independent research and development, broke the monopoly with RMB 6 billion, realizing the mass production and commercialization of AMOLED panels, and obtaining the national high-tech enterprise certification
·In 2016, he founded INT Tech and served as chairman & general manager. He led the team to focus on innovation and transformation, and commit to the knowledge economy, leading the team to successfully light up the world's first 2300PPI native RGB AMOLED

Summary of the Speech
The advent of 5G will change all aspects of human life. People will no longer be satisfied with 2D images and videos, but will instead pursue 3D immersive experiences. It will bring huge changes in entertainment, industry, medical care, military and other fields, and become a driving force in the AR/VR market. It will eventually promote AR/VR to replace terminal applications such as mobile phones and computers, and display will be the key in the revolution.
uNEED (ultra high pixel density for Near EyE Display) is a RGB ultra high pixel density AMOLED display technology independently researched and developed by INT. Its structure is the same as the current mass-produced AMOLED, and the pixel density exceeds 3000PPI while achieving ultra-high aperture ratio. Compared with the existing silicon-based OLED micro-display technology in the market, the contrast of uNEED is improved for more than 10 times, the color saturation NTSC is as high as 100%, and the power consumption is reduced significantly by more than 50%. It is the only display solution that can meet the needs of XR.
Based on the uNEED technology, Guanyu Technology plans to achieve mass production and marketization of uNEED micro-display in Taizhou. Guanyu Technology is willing to cooperate with partners in the industry chain to meet the general trend and achieve a win-win result.
